On June 26, 2019, Synopsys in collaboration with Moscow State University organizes a free seminar covering various aspects of the design process of specialized processors: from introducing the design concept and software and hardware optimization space to the latest case studies of this technology. A detailed description of the capabilities of the approach and tools will be given, in particular, the ASIP Designer - the world's leading ASIP design tool.

Specialized processors with a problem-oriented command system (application-specific instruction-set processor - ASIP) are an ideal solution in a situation where standard general-purpose processors cannot meet the requirements of a particular application, and equipment lacking programming capabilities is not flexible enough. As a result, de facto, ASIP has become the third implementation of logic for modern Systems on the Crystal (SoC), successfully coexisting on the same chip with general-purpose processors. Applications for programmable solutions with a problem-oriented instruction set cover digital signal processing, cryptography, high-performance computing, audio and video processing, and applications such as 5G networks, artificial intelligence, and autonomous driving systems (ADAS).

We are waiting for you on June 26, 2019 at 9:00 (MSK), at the address:

Moscow, Lenin Hills, Moscow State University named after MV Lomonosov, 1, p. 2, Faculty of Physics
