The 21th International exhibition of electronic components, modules and parts ‘Expoelectronica’ was held at Crocus Expo (Moscow) from 17 to 19 April 2018 simultaneously with the 16th International exhibition of Technology, equipment and materials for manufacturing devices of electronics and electrotechnical industries ‘ElectronTechExpo’.

For the first time we have presented specialized energy efficient processors with hundreds of extremely compact processor cores on a single MALT (Manycore Architecture with Lightweight Threads) chip. Solutions based on MALT come near to customized FPGA systems in terms of performance-per-watt, surpassing them by performance-per-dollar value. MALT architecture programming complexity is on a par with the universal x86/GPU/ARM computer systems and they show the performance-per-watt of a much higher order.

Sergey Elizarov, the project leader of MALTsystem, has made a presentation at NIIET AO seminar on the topic ‘ECB development to maintain the provision level of electronic equipment market’ and covered companies’ cooperation areas in the field of modern electronics.

These three days were bright and eventful, enabling to learn about new achievements in our field, to meet colleagues from the engineering community and to tell about our potential!

See you on the next events!
